Terms of Service for AITechLawCo

1. Introduction

Welcome to AITechLawCo. These terms govern your access to and use of our services. By engaging with AITechLawCo, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

AITechLawCo provides legal services for the IT sector, including consultations, contract drafting, compliance audits, as well as information products such as ebooks and online courses, and physical goods including branded materials.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are specified in our engagement agreement or on our website. Payments must be made in advance through the methods listed at the time of purchase. If you have questions about payment, please contact us via our contact form.

4. Refund Policy

At AITechLawCo, refund terms vary by service type as detailed below:

4.1 Legal Services

For scheduled professional engagements such as consultations, contract drafting, and compliance audits:

• Requests for refunds must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 30 calendar days.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before may not qualify for a refund but may be rescheduled once without additional charge, subject to availability.
• If AITechLawCo cancels a scheduled service, clients receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.

4.2 Information Products

Digital items, including ebooks, templates, and online courses, are delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales for information products are final and non-refundable due to immediate access. If you encounter technical issues accessing a product, please reach out via our contact form.

4.3 Goods

Physical merchandise and software provided on physical media can be returned within 14 days of delivery if defective or significantly not as described. To initiate a return, use our contact form to obtain authorization. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged at no extra charge. Return shipments are at the client’s expense unless the error is ours.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain bespoke or expedited services explicitly state non-refundable status in their descriptions. These include, but are not limited to, urgent document reviews processed within 24 hours. The allocation of specialist resources for these services is immediate and cannot be reallocated once engaged.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule legal service appointments by notifying us at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Requests within 48 hours may incur a fee or be subject to availability.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at aitechlawco.com/terms and apply to all engagements thereafter.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
